The principals of C&K Properties are the largest equity investors in every property we acquire. Their money, more so than anyone else, is on the line. This is extremely important, because it means the commitment we make to all of our constituents - investors, lenders, brokers, tenants and other property owners with whom we do business - is virtually the same commitment we make to ourselves.

In real estate investment, there are some companies whose business has more to do with generating fees than succeeding in real estate. We are not that kind of firm. Our success and your success are mutually dependent.
